Mission Statement:

The Canadian Scottish Athletics Federation (CSAF) is chartered to preserve the traditional athletic heritage of Scottish culture through Highland games in Canada. We seek to respect the diversity of the games in Canada, while providing support and opportunities for national unity through dialogue, education, and championships.

CSAF Services for Provincial Associations

Support ASHA, OSHA, NWPSA, SSAA and the Ontario Scottish Association by:

Ø Maintains results of individual games across Canada

Ø Message board for Heavy events in Canada

Ø Records National records and past champions

Ø Recognizes the contributions of athletes both past and present in a “Hall of Fame”

Ø Annual recognition for top throwers in each region, plus thrower of the year

Ø Annual Canadian Invitational Heavy Events Championship.
